Hello all! I am doing this to add, the fact that I have a different experience than many other trainers. I am big on fitness and how it helps to keep a person moving and feeling good. I will NEVER give nutrition advice, because I have my own food issues. I have a person with an eating disorder. I am lucky that I have come to a point where working out is not an ED behavior for me. It is about feeling good and being able to move to the best of my ability. I think this understanding will be good for future clients. I am not someone who will push food with them. I am going to work with each individual person and work on their needs for their exercise program. I will also use this platform to discuss my journey with my recovery.
